A massive sinkhole opened up in Fukuoka Japan early Tuesday morning at around 5AM JST. The sudden collapse of the road caused power outages and gas leaks. Tokyo Comic-Con Lifts Ban on Men Dressing as Female Characters

The organizers of Tokyo Comic-Con announced last week that it is prohibited for men to wear female character costumes at their event this year. No such ban was enacted for women cosplaying as men. However, the ban was later reversed, again allowing men to dress as women as long as all registrants mark their sex on registration badges out of courtesy to prevent people from using the wrong bathrooms.
