Studio Ghlibli’s exhibit in Tokyo’s Roppongi Hills skyscraper is covering 30 years of stunning works in film and animation. However, many of the fans are most excited by the cafe included in the exhibit. In Ghibli’s films, food is animated in a mouthwatering fashion. Check out this gallery of pictures from a dude in Japan who decided to sneak into Fukushima's Red Exclusion Zone. Apparently there are guided tours around this area though, so label some of these comments as sensationalized. The pictures are very interesting, however. Studio Ghibli Exhibit Open in Tokyo

A major Studio Ghlibli exhibit just opened in Tokyo on July 7th, 2016. The exhibition is open to the public in the Roppongi Hills skyscraper. The show is titled “Ghibli Expo: From Nausicaä to Its Latest Film, The Red Turtle. The show will run through September 11, leading up to the Japanese release of Red Turtle. Michael Dudok de Wit’s Red Turtle is Ghibli’s first international co-production. Read full story...

Japan's Emperor May Be Planning Abdication

According to a government source, Emperor Akihito may be planning to abdicate within a few years. The source said that the emperor has been speaking about his intentions for at least a year, but that does not mean that the Emperor has any immediate health concerns. The 82-year-old is still active but according to the Imperial Household Agency some of his duties were to be cut back in May. Read full story...

It is currently the top downloaded free app and top grossing app for both the Apple and Android app stores.
